Collin & Wilma On the AT -Clingman’s Dome

Collin Popper and Wilma have made it to Clingman's Dome in Tennessee which is 199.6 miles into the Appalachian Trail from Georgia.

Located at 6,643 feet above sea level, it the Great Smoky Mountain National Park's highest point and the 2nd highest point east of the Mississippi.

Temperatures at the top of Clingman's Dome on Wednesday April 6th was around 37 degrees while the temperatures at the base was around 55 degrees. Rain is expected tonight.

Wilma is dog-tired and cold after hiking in the snow
