It's that time of year, tourists have come to Maine and seem to ignore most if not all crosswalks and decided to dart into traffic and cross the road, despite the fact that there are crosswalks in Bar Harbor and Ellsworth at most every block in the downtown areas. Heck, during the 4th of July Parade in Bar Harbor, I thought that a few pedestrians might have been run over as they darted across the street in front of parade floats!
