Imagine boarding a plane and expecting to land in Dussledorf, Germany only to find out that you actually landed in Edinburgh, Scotland!

That's exactly what happened on Monday, as the British Airways flight took off from London's City Airport. The plane was supposed to go to Dusseldorf, German and landed in Scotland. The plane was operated by WDL Aviation.

WDL Aviation explained the snafu as a paperwork error.

After a brief time on the tarmac, passengers were flown to Their intended destination of Düsseldorf
