Want a Kwikie? Maine Lottery Oops?

You know those scratch-off tickets that are so common place at Maine's convenience stores and grocery stores? The Maine Lottery is rebranding them as Kwikies,and that hasn't gone over well with store managers and employees!

Imagine a 40 year old man asking the high school  clerk if he can have a kwikie? Or a young male clerk asking the senior lady what kind of kwikie she wants?

The Maine State Lottery may have the best of intentions, but seriously? And they've spent money on television commercials already. So get ready, a kwikie will be coming to your local tv station soon.

I'm just saying, you might want to come up with a different name... or leave good enough alone!
