Take Your Dog to Work Day – June 20

Today, Friday, June 20th is National Take Your Dog to Work Day!

Pebbles and Miriam are supervising this morning, making sure I do everything right!

There's something special about spending your day with your dog! It's calming and I always seem to be more productive when one of my dogs is with me!

There's even a Facebook Group celebrating Take Your Dog to Work Day. They have 7 tips to make Take Your Dog to Work Day successful .

Of course, if you are working from home, you are with your dogs all the time. To me, that's been one of the best things about working from home! However, it's not without it's challenges.  Imagine trying to record weather, or commercials or be on phone calls or Microsoft Teams screen shares with a barking great dane or a pittie mix, in the background, but I love being with them.

I'll be heading down to the SPCA of Hancock County this morning for our weekly broadcast, and we will be featuring 1 or 2 of the dogs that they have up for adoption. Maybe you'll be able to find the perfect dog to join your family and be able to take them to work with you!
