Here's the September 18th edition of the MDI Girl's Volleyball Coach's Show. I spoke with Coach Corey this morning, and we reviewed MDI's victories against Ellsworth and Cony at home last week, and look ahead to the matches this week, where the Trojans play tonight, September 18th at Bucksport at 5 PM and then at home on Friday September 20th against Washington Academy at 6 PM...

The Ellsworth Eagles' Volleyball team is 3-1 on the season after winning two consecutive matches against Cony and Sumner Memorial High School, after losing to MDI. On Saturday, September 14th, the Eagles beat Cony at home, winning the match 3-0, winning the games 25-9, 25-20 and 25-17...

The MDI Volleyball Team swept the Cony Rams this afternoon in a match played at Bernard Parady Gym in Bar Harbor. MDI won the games 25-3, 25-9 and 25-13. With the victory, MDI improves to 3-0 on the season and Cony falls to 0-2. Congratulations to former MDI Trojans Abigail Jewett and Hannah Boyce who have made the University of Maine Presque Isle Volleyball Team. Jewett and Boyce are both first year players for the UMPI Owls. UMPI opened their season today at home with games against Husson, UMaine-Machias and Unity...
