Red Sox Beat Rockies 5-2 [VIDEO]

Sonny Gray struck out 11 and Nate Eaton drove in a pair of runs as the Boston Red Sox beat the Colorado Rockies 5-2 on Tuesday night, June 23rd.

Gray pitched 7.0 innings allowing 6 hits and 1 run. He struck out 11 and walked 3, improving his record to 9-1.

Justin Slaten pitched the 8th inning allowing 1 hit and Garrett Whitlock pitched the 9th inning allowing 1 hit and 1 run, striking out 1.

Nate Eaton, leading off for the Red Sox was 3-4 with a pair of doubles and drove in 2 runs.

Wilyer Abreu was 2-4 with 2 runs batted in. He hit his 10th home run of the season, a solo shot and hit a triple, his 2nd of the season.

Ceddanne Rafaela had a single and drove in a run.
