Sea Smoke in Bar Harbor January 1 2018 [PHOTOS]

You know it's cold when there's sea smoke in Bar Harbor! The best thing is that I can see it from Bangor, thanks to the Bar Harbor web cams!

Weather on January 1st is supposed to be mostly sunny. Highs around 5 above. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Wind chill readings as low as 23 below.

Tonight it's supposed to be mostly clear. Lows 3 below to 9 below zero. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Wind chill readings as low as 26 below.

Tuesday it will be sunny in the morning...then becoming partly sunny. Highs 7 to 13 above. Northwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Wind chill readings as low as 27 below.

Don't put away the snowblowers, Thursday, there's a great chance of plowable snow!
