Road Work Planned November 12-22 on Winkumpaugh Road in Ellsworth

If you travel in Ellsworth on the Winkumpaugh Road and Happytown Road, you should be aware of the following road construction planned for November 12th-22nd.

Starting Tuesday, November 12th, and continuing through Friday, November 22nd, the Ellsworth City Highway Crew will be conducting roadwork at the intersection of Happytown Road and Winkumpaugh Road.

The scope of work includes culvert replacement and riprap installation.

Winkumpaugh Road will be reduced to a single lane from the intersection back approximately 1,300 feet toward Bangor Road
