Register for Ellsworth’s Pre-K Lottery and Time to Register for Kindergarten

For the 1st time, the Ellsworth School System will be offering a Pre-K program. Anticipating that there will be more children interested than the 25-26 children that the school has room for, interested parents should complete this form no later than March 28th.

Students in the Pre-K Program must turn 4 on or before October 15th, 2025.

Children whose town of residence is Ellsworth will have priority in filling our pre-kindergarten program
Acceptance into the pre-kindergarten program will be based on prioritization of Ellsworth residents and completion of this pre-kindergarten interest submission form
On April 4, 2025 parent/guardians who completed the form will receive an email informing them whether their child has received a spot in the 2025-2026 pre-k program or whether their child is being placed on our 2025-2026 pre-k waitlist

Kindergarten Registrations is now open. To be eligible for Kindergarten, students must turn 5 on or before October 15th, 2025. Screening appointments will be held on April 16th, 17th and 18th. To sign up for a screening appointment click HERE
