Red Sox vs. Tampa Bay Rays Spring Training Notes February 22nd

The Boston Red Sox open their Spring Training season against the Tampa Bay Rays at 1:05 p.m. on Saturday, February 22nd in a game that will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA.

This is the 1st of 5 meetings between the Red Sox and Rays this Spring.

The Red Sox will send LHP Brian Johnson, RHP Bryan Mata, LHP Mike Kickham, RHP Colten Brewer, LHP Josh Osich, RHP Mike Shawaryn and RHP Domingo Tapia to the mound

Yesterday the Red Sox beat Northeastern University 3-0 in an exhibition game. Today marks the 1st game with interim manager Ron Roenicke at the helm.

Tomorrow the Red Sox will play Baltimore at 1 p.m. in a game broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA.
