The Boston Red Sox have just 4 Spring Training games left, as they beat the Tampa Bay Rays 8-0 on Thursday night in Fort Myers.

It was a good night for Red Sox pitching as they limited the Rays to just 4 hits. Hector Velazquez who hasn't had a great Spring threw 2 innings to start for Boston allowing 2 of Tampa's hits. Matt Barnes, Colten Brewer and Marcus Walden struck out the side in their 1 inning of pitching. Tyler Thornburg struck out 2 but walked 3 in his 1 inning.

Rafael Devers tripled driving in 2. JD Martinez drove in a run and Dustin Pedroia playing 6 innings was 2-3 with a RBI.
