Red Sox Roster Moves Wednesday April 10

As expected the Boston Red Sox activated shortstop Stephen Drew from the 7 day disabled list and optioned Jose Iglesias to Triple A Pawtucket this afternoon. In a somewhat unexpected move, the Red Sox placed pitcher John Lackey on the 15 day disabled list, and recalled Alex Wilson. Wilson was 1-0 with two relief appearances for the Pawtucket Red Sox.
