Sunday, March 3rd the Red Sox beat the Twins, 9-7. Boston erased a 3-2 deficit, scoring 7 runs in the 6th inning highlighted by a 3 run homer by Tony Renda, his 2nd of the season, and a 3 run double by C.J. Chatham.

Michael Chavis, ranked by Baseball America as the Red Sox' number 2 prospect hit his 4th homer of the season. He is tied for the most homers in the Spring with Baltimore's Chance Sisco and ranks 2nd in RBI's with 10, one behind Minnesota's Byron Buxton.
