Red Sox Can’t Sweep Seattle Losing Sunday 3-1 [VIDEO]

The Boston Red Sox couldn't sweep the Seattle Mariners, losing Sunday, 3-1 out in Seattle.

Payton Tolle started on the mound and pitched 6.0 innings, allowing just 6 hits and 3 runs. He struck out 2 and walked a pair. His record dropped to 3-5.

Nate Eaton scored Boston's lone run, hitting his 1st home run of the season, a solo shot in the 3rd inning.

Caleb Durbin was 2-3 with a double.

Boston only managed 5 hits in the game, as they sat Wilyer Abreu on a scheduled day off. Mickey Gasper and Ceddanne Rafaela each had a single.

Boston struck out 13 times, and were 0-4 with runners in scoring position.
