Red Sox Fall to Diamondbacks 4-1

The Boston Red Sox fell to the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-1 on Saturday, August 24th at Fenway Park. They are now 21-21 in Interleague play this year.

Kutter Crawford retired 9 of the 1st 10 batters he faced. He ended up going 5.0 innings allowing 3 hits and 2 runs, striking out 3 and walking 2.

Boston only managed 5 hits in the game, and were hitless through 4.1 innings.

Masataka Yoshida was 1-4 and had a RBI double, driving in Boston's lone run in the bottom of the 9th inning.
