Real Men and Wrestlers Wear Pink – Well Done Ellsworth Wrestlers

My heart couldn't be any fuller when I saw these pictures today, of the Ellsworth High School Wrestlers wearing pink singlets in honor of breast cancer at the wrestling meet held in Howland on Saturday, January 18th.

We all know someone who has had, or who has breast cancer. But what I love is that these teenage boys are learning or have learned that this isn't just a "girl thing". It impacts them as future husbands and as current sons.

And how special is this, Matt Reid with his mom, Jamie Reid, who is a breast cancer survivor.

I don't care how you did it today's matches. You are all winners in my eyes!
