Open Table MDI Needs Your Financial Support

Open Table MDI served their first FREE community meal on Tuesday, February 6th. They began weekly dinners on March 13th and since then, they have fed over 2000 people at the Bar Harbor Congregational Church on Mount Desert Street, Tuesday evenings from 4PM-7PM.

The dedicated crew prepared a fantastic, nutritious, vegetarian and gluten free meal and local musicians provide entertainment. The mission of Open Table MDI is "Building Community One Meal at a Time", and to say it has been successful is an understatement.

But, Open Table MDI desperately needs your financial support to continue providing free meals every Tuesday. Please consider making a financial donation. Any amount will be helpful. The organizers are seeking grants, but those take time. They need your assistance today.
