The Ellsworth Public Library is holding a series of FREE Special Events for Kids in November. They include

Storytelling Workshop on Monday, November 3rd at 3:30 p.m. 

Joint local writer Melissa Burkart for a storytelling workshop. She will provide prompts and tools to guide kids whose imaginations are developing ahead of their writing skills. Designed for children ages 6 to 10. Snacks provided!

Reading Dragons Tournament - Saturday November 8th at 11 a.m.

Sign up for the Reading Challenge and collect your 1st three Reading Dragon Cards. Enjoy dragon-themed crafts, games and snacks to kick off the reading adventure. Reading Dragon Cards are collectible and playable and they feature mythical creatures. This program is a fantastic way to motivate kids to read and build positive reading habits.

T-Rex Team Party - Saturday November 15th at 11 a.m. 

Celebrate DiNo-vember with an Ellsworth Public Library Tradition! Join the Library for stories, practice dinosaur Tea Party etiquette, try a Triceratoss and ROAR for the guest of honor! Ages 3 and up.

Bob Ross Painting - Wednesday, November 26 11 a.m. 

Paint along with Bob and create your own unique landscape. Designed for children 7 and up. All supplies are provided. Registration required.

Family Puzzling - Friday, November 28th 2 p.m. 

Get your puzzling on! Teams of up to 5 people will compete to see who can put together a 300 or 500 piece puzzle first! Light snacks will be serve. The winning team will take home a Zeppa's gift card! Registration required.
