New Helmets For the Trojans

The Class C North Defending Champions, the MDI Trojans Football Team will have a new look this year, as their helmets will be different for the 2017 season.

Last year, the MDI helmets had the Trojan sticker on the side, but this year, it's on top, and there are player numbers on the side! That could be beneficial for me calling the play by play!

The Trojans will begin their preseason on Monday, August 14th with 2-a-days. The first game we will be airing, will be the MDI at Ellsworth Exhibition game on Friday, August 25th, which will be broadcast on WDEA Internet Radio, and on our free downloadable app from the app store, sponsored by First National Bank. The first regular season game will be on Saturday, September 2nd at Winslow, with the pregame starting at 12:40 and kickoff at 1 PM.
