Narraguagus Boys Beat Sumner 53-44 [STATS]

The Narraguagus Knights Boys Basketball Team beat Sumner 54-44 in Harrington on Saturday, December 16.

It was close through 3 Quarters when the Knights outscored Sumner 16-9 in the 4th Quarter. The game was tied 11-11 at the end of the 1st Quarter and Knights led 23-22 at the end of the 1st Half. It was 37-35 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

Sumner was led by Angel Valencia with 13 points. Isaiah Rivers had 11 points. Sumner had 3 3-pointers. Ian Gatcomb, Angel Valencia and Isiah Rivers each had a 3-pointer. Sumner was just 5-15 from the free throw line.

Narraguagus was led by Kevin Alley with a game-high 21 points. McKade Robertson had 12 points and Manny Absalom had 11 points. Alley had 2 3-pointers while Absalom had 1 3-pointer. The Knights were 10-22 from the free throw line.

Sumner is now 1-3 and will host GSA on Thursday, December 21st at 6:30 p.m.

Narraguagus is 1-2 and will host Shead on Friday, December 22nd at 6:30 p.m.
