Circle Monday April 1st on your calendar! That's the date for the 2nd Annual Chowdah Fest And Silent Auction to benefit the Mount Desert Nursing Association's mission of providing Home Health Care to patients on Mount Desert Island, Trenton and Lamoine.

The event will take place from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at The Neighborhood House in Northeast Harbor.

Tickets are $10.00 per person and $20.00 per family, with tickets available at the door the night of the event. There will be 14 restaurants serving up chowder, a silent auction of local artwork and music by Maya McDonald.

You'll be able to vote for your favorite chowder with a People's Choice and Judge's Choice being awarded.
