Minute of Silence Monday April 22 2:50 PM
Boston Mayor Menino and Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick are calling for a minute of silence on Monday, April 22nd at 2:50 PM, one week to the moment that the terrorist bombs went off during the Boston Marathon. Bells will ring throughout the city and Massachusetts after the minute’s passage, according to a statement from the mayor’s office.
