MDI-Ellsworth Football October 3rd [LISTEN LIVE]

The (2-2) MDI Trojans travel to Ellsworth (1-3) on Friday, October 3rd in a key Northern Maine 8-Man Large School Conference Game.

MDI High School Football Coach Mark Shields joined WDEA's Chris Popper to preview the Week 5 matchup between MDI and Ellsworth at Ellsworth High School. Coach Shields thought that this game would be a tremendous matchup with the game ultimately being decided in the trenches, special teams and turnovers.

The game will be broadcast on WDEA AM 1370 with the pregame starting at 6:40 p.m. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. You may also listen to the game on our FREE downloadable APP, on WDEA Internet Radio, and on our any Alexa enabled device. The game will also be live-streamed on the Ellsworth High School Hudl Page.

Admission: $4 adults, $2 students/senior citizens. Youth football teams dressed in their uniform will be admitted for free and introduced at half time.
