MDI Sweeps WA 3-0

The MDI Trojan Volleyball Team traveled to East Machias on Thursday, October 5th and defeated the Washington Academy Red Raiders 3-0.

The individual set scores were 25-19, 25-21 and 25-18.

MDI was led by Mackenzie Hanna with 11 Aces, 2 Kills and 7 Assists. Julia Watras had 4 Kills and 9 Assists. Maddy Candage had 4 Kills.

MDI is now 7-2 and have a big weekend ahead taking on Yarmouth, tonight, Friday October 6th at 7 PM and Deering, tomorrow, Saturday October 7th at 11:30 AM. It's Breast Cancer Awareness Weekend (See Button Below)

Washington Academy is 5-4 and plays host to Woodland on Tuesday, October 10th at 5 PM.
