MDI Hospital Coronavirus Update – February 24

MDI Hospital issues Coronavirus updates every Wednesday. Here's their latest update as of Wednesday, February 24th

There's been quite a bit of interest in the pace of vaccinations. Here's how many MDI Hospital has administered

• February 24 - 2558 doses (Increase of 280)
• February 17 - 2278 doses (Increase of 410)
• February 10 - 1868 doses

Of the 2558 doses that MDI Hospital has administered, 1872 have gone to 1st time recipients and 716 to those who have received their 2nd dose.

MDI Hospital is limited in the amount of vaccines that they are receiving.

MDI Hospital has confirmed 64 cases of COVID-19 of Hancock County residents and 8 cases for non-Hancock County residents, which is an increase of 1 case since February 17th.
