The MDI High School Girls Soccer Team beat Presque Isle 3-0 on Alumni Field in Bar Harbor at MDI High School on Saturday, September 6th.

MDI led 1-0 at the end of the 1st Half, thanks to Claire Danielson converting a penalty kick.

The Trojans scored twice in the 2nd Half. Lili Hanf scored and then Rosie Ellis scored, assisted by Lily Collins.

Gwen Stager was in net for the Trojans and picked up the shutout win.

MDI is now 1-1. They will play at Bucksport on Tuesday, September 9th at 5:30 p.m.

Presque Isle is 0-1. They will host Fort Kent on Tuesday, September 9th at 5 p.m.
