MDI Golf -176, John Bapst – 207 Ellsworth -220

The MDI Golf Team finished their final match of the season with a win, beating John Bapst and Ellsworth at Kebo Valley Golf Club on Wednesday, September 22nd. The Trojans finished with a team score of 176 while John Bapst finished with 207 and the Ellsworth Eagles with a 220 team score. MDI's Shepperd Brown was the medalist with a low score of 40. It was Senior Night and MDI had a chance to honor their lone senior, Emily Carter. Coach Bryan Maurais had this to say about Emily

It has been a privilege to coach Emily, who's four year varsity career saw her improve every single season. Her work ethic, passion and competitiveness are qualities that I know will carry her on to incredible things in college and beyond. I am so proud of her, and honored to be her coach. 

Teams were scheduled to play in the PVC Championships on Saturday, September 25th in Presque Isle. However, given the forecast, the Championships will take place on Monday, September 27th starting at 11 a.m.
