MDI Girls Soccer Drops Game 3-1 to Old Town on Saturday

The MDI Girls Soccer Team dropped Saturday, September 8th's game to Old Town, 3-1 at Victory Field in Old Town.

Old Town jumped out to a 1-0 lead with 15:40 left in the 1st Half. The score remained 1-0 at the Half.

Old Town scored another goal with 18:30 in the 2nd Half before Julia Watras cut Old Town's lead in half with 12:53 remaining. However, Old Town added an insurance goal with 9:09 remaining to make the final score 3-1.

Sabine Costello-Sanders was in goal for MDI , making 5 saves, while Mikaela Kenny was in goal for the Coyotes, making 4 saves.

MDI 1-1 will play host to Hermon on Tuesday, September 11th at 6PM.

Old Town, 1-3 plays at Orono on Thursday, September 13th at 3:30PM
