It was the last game of the regular season, and so much was at stake, if MDI defeated Ellsworth, they would earn the #3 seed, and the last automatic bye. If Ellsworth defeated MDI they would have a home prelim game. It was Senior Night for the MDI Boys. It was Breast Cancer Awareness Night, the Hoop For Hope Game. The game did not disappoint, and near capacity Bernard Parady Gymnasium in Bar Harbor was rocking!
