MDI 2021 Girls Summer Basketball Camp

The MDI Girls Summer Basketball Camp at MDI High School will be held June 14-18 from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The camp is for girls entering Grades 6-9 in the Fall of 2021.

Current and former MDI High School Basketball players will be Camp Counselors. Campers will receive instruction from MDI Coach Brent Barker and other coaches.

The camp will feature skill stations, full court drills, tournaments ( 5 on 5, 3 on 3, 1 on 1), daily competitions (Hot Shot, Free Throws, 3-point) and skill challenges. The clinics will focus on fundamentals and defense. The emphasis will be on encouraging all players to develop a greater understanding of each aspect of the game of basketball. The goal is to develop players who are serious about basketball and to combine this knowledge with the hard work necessary to improve skill level. The camp is for everyone from beginners to advanced players who want to become a better basketball player.

The cost of the camp is $75.00 and scholarships are available
