Machias Wild Blueberry Festival Scheduled for August 2021 Canceled

You have to feel for the Centre Street Congregational Church, (UCC) in Machias because for the 2nd year in a row they have been forced to cancel the Machias Wild Blueberry Festival because of COVID.

The annual August Festival has such a positive impact on the Machias Community, for businesses, non-profits and vendors across the State that come to Machias. Its loss will be certainly felt.

We know that this decision wasn't made lightly, and we urge you not to criticize the organizers. Rather mark August 19-21 2022 on your calendars and go support it when it can hopefully safely be held!
