God has got to love Mayor Menino of Boston. Mayor Menino has been Boston's mayor for two decades, since 1993, and announced that he would not seek re-election in March of this year. "Mumbles" as he has been affectionately dubbed by the Boston press, was Mayor for 5 terms.

When Rolling Stone announced that they were going to put the Boston Marathon terrorist on next month's cover, Mayor Menino responded with the following letter.
