Important Follow Up From Matt Haney – Remain Calm All with Potential Contact Have Been Notified

MDI High School Principal Matt Haney sent out the following to Staff, Teachers and Students after the initial notice about a positive case at MDI High School

MDIHS community,
I am writing to let you know that ALL close contacts of the individual who tested positive for COVID-19 have been reached by phone or in person.  If you have not heard from us at this point you are not a close contact and as such have no exposure through this case.  Any outreach to emergency medical services related to this case at this point in time could cause a dangerous overload in our healthcare system.  We will continue to work closely with contacts and will support them through the quarantine and testing process.
