Iconic Ellsworth Restaurant Could Be Yours for 1.299 Million [PHOTOS]
Ellsworth's only restaurant with a view of the eagles on the Union River is for sale for 1.299 million. That's right, the Union River Lobster Pot is for sale.
According to the Ellsworth American, Brian and Jane Langley, the current owners are gauging interest and will continue operating the restaurant until the property is sold.
Now you can buy the restaurant proper for 1.299 million or also buy the property with two residential homes and plenty of parking across the street for 2.069 million. You could live in one of the homes, and use the other for employee housing, or use both for housing, or possibly rent one for additional income. One of the homes has a bakery downstairs that is used to supply the restaurant.
The property is listed by The Swan Agency with Terri Musetti Needham ( the former coowner of The Chart Room in Hulls Cove) and April Cough McGuire the listing agents.
