Harris Named Big East Player of the Week

Congratulations to Ellsworth High School's Zach Harris who was named Big East Boys Player of the Week for the week ending January 27th in vote of the Big East Coaches.

Harris and the Eagles went 3-0 with a 56-41 over Old Town on January 23rd, a 61-57 victory over Presque Isle on January 26th and a 66-59 victory over Caribou on Janaury 27th. During the week, Harris scored 18 points with 3 3-pointers against Caribou, 24 points with 2 3-pointers against Presque Isle and 14 points with 4 3-poitners against Old Town.

The Eagles are 10-5 and will play at home on Senior Recognition Night on Friday, February 2nd at 7PM in a game that will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA, WDEA Internet Radio, on our free downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device with the pregame starting at 6:45 PM.
