November Lunch Menus For Seniors At Moore Community Center

Here are the Friends in Action Lunch Menus for November 2025!

The lunches are served at the Moore Community Center in Ellsworth, every Tuesday and Thursday, across from Knowlton Park. The cost of the lunches are $5.00.

The lunches are nutritious, delicious, inexpensive and more importantly a chance for seniors to get together, where it's warm and in an inviting setting and meet new friends or catch up with old friends! Plus, you can find out more about Friends in Action and the programs that they offer!

The lunches have proven to be so popular that Friends in Action is asking that you let them know by Monday at 4:30 p.m. that you will be attending the Tuesday lunch and by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday if you will be attending the Thursday lunch, so that way they have enough food prepared and place settings set. You can either let them know at the lunch or by giving them a call at 664-6016

Tuesday, November 4 - Beef Taco Salad (Ground Beef, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese and Green Onions), Corn Chips, Cinnamon Applesauce and Dessert
Thursday, November 6 - Southwestern Chicken Alfredo, Corn and Black Beans, Tropical Fruit Blend and Dessert
Tuesday, November 11 - Rosemary Roasted Pork Lon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Dinner Roll, Mandarin Oranges and Dessert
Thursday, November 13 - Cavatini (Pasta) with Cheese, Caesar Salad with Croutons, Green Beans, Pears and Dessert.
Tuesday, November 18 - Breakfast for Lunch - Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Bacon, Tater Tots, English Muffin with Jam, Cantaloupe and Dessert
Thursday November 20 - Salisbury Steak with Gravy, Salad, Broccoli, Dinner Roll, Peaches and Dessert
Tuesday, November 25th - Thanksgiving Meal - Turkey, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Cranberry Sauce
Thursday, Noember 27th - Closed for Thanksgiving.
