Seniors Invited To Lunch At Moore Community Center In February

Here are the Friends in Action Lunch Menus for February 2026!

The lunches are served at the Moore Community Center in Ellsworth, every Tuesday and Thursday, across from Knowlton Park. The cost of the lunches are $5.00.

The lunches are nutritious, delicious, inexpensive and more importantly a chance for seniors to get together, where it's warm and in an inviting setting and meet new friends or catch up with old friends! Plus, you can find out more about Friends in Action and the programs that they offer!

The lunches have proven to be so popular that Friends in Action is asking that you let them know by Monday at 4:30 p.m. that you will be attending the Tuesday lunch and by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday if you will be attending the Thursday lunch, so that way they have enough food prepared and place settings set. You can either let them know at the lunch or by giving them a call at 664-6016.

Tuesday, February 3rd - Breaded Fish Sandwich, Tater Tots, Corn, Mandarin Oranges and Dessert
Thursday, February 5th - Chicken Florentine, Green Beans, Mozzarella Breadstick, Cinnamon Applesauce and Dessert
Tuesday, February 10th - Corn Chowder, Dinner Roll, Carrots, Peaches and Dessert
Thursday, February 12th - French Toast, Potato Hash, Bacon, Eggs, Banana and Dessert
Tuesday, February 17th - Chicken Marsala, Salad, Rice, Cinnamon Pears and Dessert
Thursday, February 19th - Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Dinner Roll, Pineapple and Dessert
Tuesday, February 24th - Deviled Egg Sandwich, Split Pea Soup, Cauliflower, Mandarin Oranges and Dessert
Thursday, February 26th - Wicked Chicken Pasta, Cheddar Biscuit, Peas, Grapes and Dessert
