Friends In Action and HCSO Team Up to Serve Seniors in Hancock County

In an effort to make sure that the Senior Citizens of Hancock County are taken care of during this time when Seniors are urged to stay home in an attempt to slow the flow of the (Covid-19) Coronavirus and to protect the Senior Citizens from catching the Coronavirus, the Hancock County Sheriff's Office working with Friends in Action in Ellsworth will assist in getting groceries, medicine, medical supplies or other necessities that they may need.

Friends in Action currently has volunteers who also transport Seniors to Medical Appointments when needed.

If you are a Senior Citizen and are in need of assistance in getting Groceries, Prescriptions, Medical Supplies or Other items that are needed, please contact either of the numbers below and they will assist you the best way they can.
