Former Ellsworth Eagle Steven Mahon Sworn In as Ellsworth Police Officer

Congratulations to Ellsworth High School alumni Steven Mahon who is following in his father's footsteps as a law enforcement officer in Ellsworth!

Mahon was sworn in as an Ellsworth Police Officer today, January 9th in a ceremony at Ellsworth City Hall. Mahon will begin his training at the Maine Criminal Justice Academy in Vassalboro next week. He is a graduate of Husson University

Mahon joins his father, who is a Patrol Officer with the City of Ellsworth as well as a retired Maine State Trooper.
