Road Work on Corner of Oak and Davis Street in Ellsworth – July 17

Motorists traveling through Ellsworth and using Oak and Davis Streets should be aware that the Ellsworth Public Works Department will be replacing a manhole cover on Thursday, July 17th.

This will impact morning traffic, as work is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m.

While they are replacing the manhole cover, traffic will be reduced to 1 lane.

Motorists can expect minor delays, and are encouraged to avoid the area if possible.

Please be careful if you have to drive through the area, and allow the road crew plenty of room.
