Ellsworth Kindergarten Registration Information

If you have a child that will turn 5 by October 15th, 2024 and you live in the City of Ellsworth, here's what you need to know to register your child for kindergarten for the 2024-25 school year!

Online Registration:

All registration materials are conveniently available online at Ellsworth School Department Registration Page. Please take a moment to review and complete the necessary forms at your earliest convenience. If you have trouble navigating the online registration process, please email registration@ellsworthschools.org.

In-Person Registration Appointments:

For those facing challenges with online registration or who prefer in-person assistance, The Ellsworth School Department is offering registration appointments at the school on Monday, March 18 and Thursday, March 21. Please note that you should not bring your child to these appointments. To schedule your in-person registration slot, click here or call the school at 207-667-6241 extension 1 and speak with Mrs. Cox.

When registering, please ensure you have the following documents:

Original Birth Certificate
Immunization Records
Proof of Residency (Utility Bill or Lease Agreement)
Custody Paperwork if applicable

Registration will not be considered complete until all documentation has been received. Screening appointments will be scheduled once registration packet is complete.
