Ellsworth Girls to Play Foxcroft Academy December 16 [LISTEN LIVE]

The Ellsworth Girls' Basketball Team will host the Foxcroft Academy Ponies on Monday night, December 16th. The game will tip-off at 6:30 p.m.

The game will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA and also may be heard on WDEA Internet Radio, on our FREE downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device. The pregame, with Chris Popper, will start at 6:15 p.m.

Ellsworth enters the game in 6th place in the Class B North Heal Point Standings with a 2-0 record. The Eagles beat Old Town 53-38 to open the season and then beat Hermon 53-48. Both of those games were on the road. This will be Ellsworth's 1st home game.

Foxcroft Academy is 2-1 and in 1st place in the Class B North Heal Point Standings. The Ponies have a new coach, Tyler Muzzy, who previously coached the Greenville Lakers and helped lead them to a Gold Ball in 2020. The Ponies have wins over Washington Academy (44-27) and Dexter (38-36) before falling to Presque Isle (32-26) on Saturday.
