Ellsworth Girls Tennis Advances to the Semifinals

The Ellsworth Girls Tennis Team advanced to the Semifinals after defeating Washington Academy 4-1 on Wednesday, May 29th.

In #1 singles Miriam Nelson won 6-1, 6-4. Brianna Abbott won her match 7-6 , 6-4. Faith Braley won her match 6-6, 6-0 and in doubles the team of Bailey Clarke/Jocelyn Boudreau won their match 6-0, 6-0.

Ellsworth is the #2 seed while Washington Academy was the #7 seed.

Ellsworth will now take on the winner of the #3 Erskine Academy/#6 Foxcroft Academy Winner, tentatively scheduled for Saturday, June 1st. The matches will take place at Ellsworth High School.
