The Ellsworth Girls Soccer Team's season came to an end on Tuesday, October 29th, falling to the top seeded unbeaten Hermon Hawks 6-1 in the Class B North Quarterfinals.

Hermon jumped out to a 5-1 lead at the end of the 1st Half. Maddie Baker scored twice, and Michaela Saulter, Lindsee Reed and Natasha Cowan all added a goal for the Hawks.

Sierra Andrews scored Ellsworth's lone goal with an assist from Emma Whitney.

In the 2nd Half, Sydney Gallop scored with an assist from Cowan.

Ellsworth finishes their season with a 6-9-1 record, having won their 1st playoff game in 7 years.

Hermon is now 15-0 and will play the winner of the John Bapst-Presque Isle quarterfinal
