Ellsworth Football Loses 50-44 in a Barn Burner to Gray-New Gloucester

The Ellsworth Football Team lost to Gray-New Gloucester 50-44 in a barn burner at Tug White Field in Ellsworth on Friday night, September 13th.

Midway through the 4th Quarter Gray-New Gloucester led 44-36 with the Patriots adding another touchdown with 5:44 remaining. Ellsworth scored with 2:53 remaining to climb within 6 points, 50-44 but couldn't close the gap as time expired.
