The 7 candidates for the 3 Ellsworth City Council seats will be appearing at The Grand in Ellsworth on Tuesday, October 14th at 6:30 p.m. for a Meet the Candidates Forum.

The Forum, hosted by the Heart of Ellsworth in partnership with The Ellsworth American and the City of Ellsworth.

The forum is free and open to the public, with a live stream and recording available on the City of Ellsworth's YouTube channel.

Residents can submit questions in advance to news@ellsworthamerican.com

The event will be moderated by Cyndi Wood the Managing Editor of The Ellsworth American.

The election will be held on November 4th. Absentee ballot requests must be received by the Ellsworth City Clerk's Office by October 30th Absentee ballots are now available for registered voters.
