
Ellsworth Boys Soccer Wins Prelim Game 3-0
Playing their best soccer when it counts, in the playoffs, the Ellsworth Eagles beat the Old Town Coyotes 3-0 Saturday afternoon, October 21st in a prelim playoff game at Del Luce Stadium.
Jack Lee scored a hat trick for Ellsworth. His first goal was with an assist from Bradly Smith with 16:57 remaining in the 1st Half.
The second goal was unassisted with 22::54 remaining and the final goal was scored with 12:25 remaining, with a header with an assist from Ryan Conary.
Javen Clarke had 3 saves in goal for Ellsworth for the shutout.
Ellsworth 6-7-2 will now play the number 2 seed, the Washington Academy Red Raiders, who are 11-2-1 Wednesday, October 25th at 5 PM.
