The Ellsworth Boys Soccer Team fell to 0-2 on the season, dropping their home opener at Del Luce Stadium in Ellsworth to the Belfast Lions 2-0 on Tuesday, September 4th.

The score was deadlocked at 0-0 at the end of the 1st Half, but Belfast scored the eventual game winner late in the 1st Half, with 7:09 remaining. They added an insurance goal with 5:20 remaining to make the score 2-0
Ellsworth had 8 shots on goal and 2 saves.
Ellsworth 0-2 plays at Mount View in Thorndike on Saturday, September 8th at 11AM.
Belfast, 1-1 plays host to Washington Academy Saturday, September 8th at 11AM
