Ellsworth Boys Soccer Falls to MCI 3-1

The Ellsworth Boys Soccer Team lost to the Maine Central Institute Huskies by the score of 3-1 on Saturday afternoon, September 21st at Del Luce Stadium in Ellsworth.

MCI scored on an Ellsworth own goal, and then received goals from Jordan Jordan Plamondon with 26:35 remaining in the 1st Half, and by Ethan Varney with 38:46 remaining in the 2nd Half.

Ellsworth's goal was scored by Tulas Weaver with 28:35 remaining in the 1st Half.

Ellswsorth now has a record of 1-4. They have 3 big games coming up this week. They play at Foxcroft Academy on Monday, September 23rd at 4PM, at home against GSA on Wednesday, September 25th at 6PM and then again at home on Saturday, September 28th against the John Bapst Crusaders at 12 Noon.

MCI is 3-2 and plays at Maranacook on Tuesday, September 24th at 7PM
